Sharp Dressed Man bridges a critical gap between job development programs that provide training and the remaining skills and look needed to be considered for and obtain employment. Julz Kerr – Julz is a yoga teacher and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach based in Los Angeles who is passionate about helping people find harmony and bliss in their lives. Julz integrates modalities in her yoga classes including mindfulness, intentional cueing and well-rounded sequencing. Her goal is to help students leave the class with a clearer mind and a sense of higher self-worth and community.
Kelly Ramirez – Kelly is a Long Beach local who believes in the power of positivity, love, and music. Kelly provides a grounding spiritual practice, creative sequencing with music to groove to, and is passionate about bringing the soul of lotus flow to beginning yogis in Southern California.
Vee Gomez – Vee is the founder of Beach Yoga SoCal in Santa Monica. She believes yoga is a tool for healing. She will guide you through an uplifting vinyasa flow that focuses on mindful movement and soulful connection. Vee encourages you to focus on your breath and listen to your body. Expect to walk away feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and restored.
