Christine West & Christy Hachiya can’t wait to introduce you to the fun and playful world of Acro/Partner Yoga. The workshop will begin with a brief seated and standing partner warm-up to build the important connection of breathing and moving together. Then they’ll breakdown L-basing, one of the fundamental structures for acrobatic yoga poses, and the three roles for Acro: base, flyer, and spotter. There will be plenty of time playtime to explore the different aspects of Acro.

This practice is an amazing way to build trust, strengthen communication skills, and create community. Come learn how we can hold each other up and take flight in this workshop made for beginners. (No partner necessary as we’ll works in small groups.)
