Hannah discovered yoga as a teenager while studying dance. She knew instantly that these practices would hold her through the often unpredictable and ecstatic journey of life.
After graduating from Scripps College with a BA in Dance: Movement Studies, Hannah trained in Aerial Dance and began teaching Aerial Yoga in San Francisco. Since moving to LA in 2015, she completed her 200hr TT at Goda Yoga with Kate Duyn, and has received continuing education from the Laughing Lotus lineage in Los Angeles and New Orleans at Church of Yoga. Hannah is also a certified Buti Yoga teacher, inviting elements of primal movement, dance, and feminine essence into her practice. With a commitment to exploring the complexities of the body-mind-spirit connection for healing and transformation, Hannah also works with herbs and plant medicine to tap into expanded states of awareness. She is the creator of Lit Yoga, a herbalism and yoga company that offers classes and continuing education for yoga teachers. Hannah’s yin classes will invite you into a nourishing embodied presence, empower your connection to self, and harmonize your breath to illuminate your full potential.
