As a lifelong dancer, Jade began her Yoga practice to prevent injury and increase flexibility.
As she grew her practice, she began to see not only the physical but also the mental and spiritual benefits of yoga and meditation. Jade believes yoga helped develop her into a more grounded, confident and mindful person. She considers the way you show up on the mat as the way you show up in life.
Jade completed her 200hr TT at Light on Lotus. Her classes are soulful, creative and thoughtfully sequenced. She is passionate about bringing Yoga to diverse communities. Jade hopes to one day bring the knowledge she learns about yoga and wellness in Los Angeles back to her hometown New Orleans.
