Breathwork Workshop: How to Cope with (or without) Family During the Holidays

  • 12513 Venice Blvd Los Angeles USA (map)

$50 until November 11st | $55 after

Do you find the holidays sometimes difficult due to a family member not with you anymore? Or do you have a complicated relationship with a family member and wish things could be smoother during a holiday dinner? Do you find that it doesn't matter how much healing you do on yourself you seem to be regressing back to an old trigger each time you are around family? Are you simply looking for tools on how to navigate your own feelings around your children or spouse or any group setting?

If so, this workshop is for you.

We will gather in circle on this day and share some beautiful healing moments with one another. Creating our own chosen family for a moment in safety and community, giving your nervous system an experience of safety while being vulnerable and open, feeling seen, heard and accepted by all of us.

You will leave with a greater understanding of your own limiting patterns, guidance and tools to navigate the holidays, an open heart, and you will feel a lot lighter!

Breathwork is a tool for deep healing, clearing stuck emotions and trauma from your nervous system. It also creates a beautiful heart opening experience for you to feel your own love and essence within yourself.

This workshop is open for all levels, beginner or advanced breathwork students.

You will be given clear instructions, and will have a safe container for transformation for as deep as you'd like to go.
