Reservations, Late Cancellation & No Shows
Due to our limited capacity in-doors & in the garden space, we have a $10 NO SHOW fee if in-person reservations are not cancelled at least one hour before class time.
To ensure a spot in a class you may pre register online through the Union.fit app or our website. You have the ability to choose to practice either indoors or outdoor in the garden (space & weather permitting) or join online if the class is livestreamed.
Class reservations may be canceled without penalty until 1 hour before class time. No-shows or late cancellations within 1 hour will result in a $10 no show/late cancellation fee charged to your account. IF you are registered for a Livestream class (online only) and can't make it, there is no reason to cancel your reservation, you will have access to the replay within 48 hours of the classtime instead.
Workshop pr special events reservations may only be cancelled by contacting the studio (info@lightonlotus.com) at least 24 hours before the event, after which there will be no refunds.
Please refrain from coming to class in-person if you have a fever, cough, flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with a person who has tested positive for Covid-19.
Guidelines
Yoga Mats/Props: We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat for practice. We rent yoga mats for $2, and sell Manduka yoga mats, blocks, straps and towels.
Phones: We ask that cellphones and all personal electronic devices be put away and silenced during all classes, workshops, and special events. If you have a specific situation that requires you to be “on call”, please inform the teacher before class starts and do your best to be as discreet as possible out of respect for those around you.
Water: We encourage you to bring your own bottle which you can fill at our purified water tank.
Parking: Unmetered parking is available on the side streets, Colonial and Wasatch with 2 hour limits but are permit only after 6pm. Parking on McCune, just north of Venice Blvd is unpermitted and unmetered at all times.
Boutique: We sell a variety of local and quality yoga-inspired brands in our store. From yoga equipment to books, yoga apparel and accessories. Purchases from our boutique may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Sale items are FINAL SALE.
We advise that you take the class most appropriate to your level and goals/interest. Descriptions of all of our classes can be found on the website. When in doubt, ask! Please let the instructor know if you are pregnant and/or have any injuries/limitations at the beginning of class.
Lockers: We have lockers available for use during a single class, or to rent for 3 or 6 month periods. Please do not leave your belongings in a locker overnight unless you have rented a locker and provided your own lock.
