Rachel Chertock, L.Ac.

Rachel Chertock, L.Ac., M.S. is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Clinical Herbalist with a Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. With a foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Rachel has spent the past fifteen years expanding her practice to include techniques from Classical Five Element Acupuncture, Esoteric Acupuncture, Facial Rejuvenation/ Cosmetic Acupuncture, and Aroma AcuPoint therapy. Rachel's treatments address the interrelatedness of physical, emotional and energetic imbalances at the deepest level. In addition to Acupuncture, Rachel’s sessions may include herbal medicine, cupping, moxa therapy, tuning forks, and essential oils. Based in a paradigm of wellness, her treatments aim to return the body to its optimal state.

Rachel has expanded her practice with extensive training in mental and emotional issues, trauma work, fertility and reproductive support, pain management, dermatology and internal medicine.  Concurrent with her private practice, Rachel continues to work in several addiction rehabilitation and trauma centers in Malibu and West LA.

Rachel has also completed an advanced certification in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture/Cosmetic Acupuncture, an effective non-invasive way to reduce wrinkles, firm skin, and erase the signs of aging.
