Baby & Me Yoga

Baby & Me Yoga is a nurturing, community-centered class designed for caregivers and their babies to move, bond, and restore together. This is not a traditional yoga class; it’s a relaxed, supportive space where feeding, diaper changes, and tending to your baby are always welcome.

We’ll move through gentle, breath-centered yoga designed to rebuild strength, support postpartum recovery, and release tension, while also incorporating songs, movement, and sensory play for your baby. Some moments you’ll practice alongside your baby; other moments you may simply pause to connect, soothe, or observe.

This class embraces the beautiful unpredictability of life with a baby; there is no expectation for perfection. Come as you are.

Age Guidelines: Best suited for babies 6 weeks to pre-crawling (or early crawlers who are not yet highly mobile). Once babies are actively crawling or walking, it can become difficult to maintain a safe and grounded practice, so we recommend transitioning to a more play-based or toddler-focused class.

Prenatal Yoga

Our prenatal classes infuse meditation to settle the mind, movement to strengthen the body and exercises to prepare for labor. We've created a safe space to grow, connect to other mothers-to-be, and find your own rhythm.
