Our prenatal classes infuse meditation to settle the mind, movement to strengthen the body and exercises to prepare for labor. We've created a safe space to grow, connect to other mothers-to-be, and find your own rhythm.

Nina Nassiri is a certified prenatal and kundalini yoga teacher, sound healer, and founder of The Ananda Method, a wellness platform supporting women on their fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum journeys. With a master’s degree in conflict resolution and a deep love for Eastern traditions, Nina weaves together movement, meditation, and sound to help women reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and intuition. 

Baby & Me Yoga

Baby & Me Yoga is a nurturing, community-centered class designed for caregivers and their babies to move, bond, and restore together. This is not a traditional yoga class; it’s a relaxed, supportive space where feeding, diaper changes, and tending to your baby are always welcome.
