Join us for this long weekend intensive! Training entails a deep dive into the art of advanced sequencing & theming with LOL founder Kate Duyn and beloved teacher Vance Vlasek--designed for instructors who are ready to level up their teaching.

Our training draws upon the tradition of Vinyasa Krama, a “conscious & careful step" by step process, that explores the power of interweaving movements, themes, and dharma throughout the practice with a fresh, contemporary perspective.

Designed for yogis who have already completed a 200-hour training, this immersion will give you the practical and inspirational tools to keep evolving as a teacher, and to help your students do the same.
